HDR Photography
These photographs have been taken using a technique called HDR, this stands for High Dynamic Range.
The way this is done is taking several pictures of the same scene at various exposures and merging them together in a photo editing software, I used Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended.
You can get some very interesting results from this technique.
